About us…
Billabong Community Early Learning Centre is a community-run Centre located in East Victoria Park, operating since 1985. Our philosophy reflects our personal beliefs and values, with an emphasis on our families and the community. It guides our daily conduct and is embedded in our practices; it underpins everything we do as educators. At Billabong, we are licensed for 47 children and provide quality care to children from the age of 0 to 5 through 3 rooms. We are open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Billabong staff have created a reputation for providing children with a nurturing and homely atmosphere. As an Educator at Billabong, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader to observe, share ideas, and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children and their families. We are a not-for-profit organisation. Hence, we can do more for the children in our care!
