Our Client, a world leading Tier 1 Iron Ore Producer based in the Pilbara is currently seeking an E&I Project Co-ordinator to join their Sustaining Capital CLAHDO Project Team to support the delivery of the CLA High Density Ore Project at Cape Lambert Port A near Wickham Township.
The role is an approximate 12 month, fly in, fly out (FIFO) position, where you will provide site leadership, management, and construction expertise to deliver the project in a safe, timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the implementation of the project on site.
- Coordinate multiple Contracting Partners and site teams to ensure planned and fluent project execution.
- Support the Construction Lead and Project Engineers to oversee contractor site reporting elements (cost, quality, schedule, site delivery & safety) related to the project.
- Collaborate with Project Advisors in ensuring that all site construction activities comply with and are delivered to Rio Tinto standards.
- Identify potential schedule impacts and implement strategies to assist in schedule realignment.
- Identify opportunities and implement improvements during project delivery.
- Support the Project QA/QC team to identify deviation from Standards/ Specifications and assisting in verification of ITR/ITP.
- Assist in compiling punch lists prior to commissioning.
- Assist the Contractor and liaise with Operations during the commissioning phase.
- Verification of Contractor day sheets/ timesheets.
- Preparation of daily site logs and handover reports.
- During shutdown periods attend the Operation’s daily update meetings.

- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Fixed Plant Electrical Trade Qualification
- WA Electrical licence
- Proven experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary projects (i.e., building, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, civil and earthworks).
- Experience with building fabrication and construction within a brownfield environment.
- Exposure to RTIO Processes and systems advantageous (particularly in Project Delivery teams).
