The Role

Fraser Suites Perth is currently seeking a Front Office professional to join our enthusiastic and friendly team in the role of Duty Manager for our Front Office Team. 

We are seeking applicants who have previous guest service management experience - in a 4-5 star property - if you are professional and customer focused then this could be your next role. 

With 236 suites and rooms, our property offers a home away from home for our guests, and we are seeking  a Duty Manager that can engage with our guests and personalise our services.

Flexibility is a must as our Team cover AM and PM shift on a rotational basis and Occasionally Nights over a 7 day roster. 

Key experience and skills required:

  • Min 2+ years exp in a front office position at a senior level
  • Flexible availability as shifts will cover a 7-day roster.
  • Strong, sound communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess outstanding leadership skills
  • The ability to be organised and work in a timely manner
  • The highest level of professionalism and presentation
  • Well developed problem solving and analytical skills
  • Have or be able to obtain an approved managers licence and RSA

The duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and oversee all Front of House and Guest Service Processes during your shift
  • Protect the welfare and interests of guest to ensure the safekeeping of the property
  • Attending to customer queries and assisting with special requirements
  • Maintaining effective hotel wide communication at all times.
  • Leading by example, ensuring that both yourself and all Team Members provide exceptional service whilst adhering to the companies' policies and procedures
  • Maintaining the daily administration for guest feedback, investigation and reporting
