This role is pivotal in driving business growth, developing partnerships, and implementing innovative marketing and recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage student recruitment strategies to achieve target enrolments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with university partners, agents, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials and strategic marketing plans.
- Monitor and report on marketing and recruitment performance, ensuring effectiveness.
- Manage marketing and recruitment budgets in alignment with financial objectives.
- Oversee the admissions process, ensuring efficiency in assessment, offer letter issuance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on student visa regulations and ensure compliance within admissions operations.
- Expertly engage with current partners, ensuring the continuous growth and deepening of those relationships.
- Build and nurture trust authentically with stakeholders, prioritizing long-term success over short-term gains.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Proven experience in student recruitment, sales, or marketing within the education sector.
- Strong strategic and operational planning experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Experience in managing budgets and driving cost-effective marketing outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
- CRM and lead management experience is highly desirable.

- Experience in the private education sector.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and public relations.
- Ability to speak a foreign language is an advantage.
