The Role:

As an Early Childhood Educator at Cuddles Early Learning & Childcare, you will work alongside a team of qualified, passionate and supportive Educators. Together you will create fun, fresh and engaging ways to inspire, nurture and develop the little humans who fill our rooms.

Your knowledge and experience, paired with your bright energy and nurturing nature, will fill our centre with warmth and heart - creating a sense of trust and belonging for our beautiful team and families!

You will need to possess the following: 

• a Diploma of Education and Care (or equivalent)
• Hold a current First Aid qualification, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis
• An ability to facilitate a free-flow indoor/ outdoor program
• A desire to continually improve your skills and knowledge, and to improve outcomes for children through regular professional development
• A friendly, warm, and energetic demeanor
• A kind, loving, and patient approach to care and educating
