Nestled in the stunning heart of the Mornington Peninsula, Polperro Winery is home to a Chef’s Hat-winning restaurant that pairs exceptional wines with a farm-to-table menu. We’re passionate about crafting dishes that celebrate the seasons, using the finest ingredients from our own organically certified properties, and showcasing Winemaker Sam Coverdale’s single-vineyard wines. The Role

We're on the lookout for chefs who live and breathe creativity, quality, and teamwork. You'll be part of a kitchen where local produce is king, working closely with our in-house farmers to bring the best seasonal flavors to life. Experience working in a high-quality kitchen – whether you’re just starting or have experience as a CDP, you’ve got the passion.

Flexibility to work Wednesday to Sunday for lunch services and one dinner service a week.
