A rare opportunity has opened with PL Food Warehouse for a MR or above licenced truck driver to help deliver fresh products around Port Lincoln and Eyre Peninsula.

This is a permanent part time – 36.5 hrs per week position and will be based FROM Port Lincoln but travelling to some locations on Eyre Peninsula.

Port Lincoln Food Warehouse is known as the trusted partner for Wholesale Food on the Eyre Peninsula and beyond. 

A family-owned business with deep roots in the Port Lincoln community and their story began over 40 years ago when Laurie started delivering fresh milk to local homes and businesses across the Eyre Peninsula. 

This now continues on with his son Ethan and daughter-in-law Fiona thanks to a legacy built on quality and customer service.

About the role

• Permanent – 36.5 hrs per week -Tuesday to Saturday shifts
• Delivering fresh products to Port Lincoln & central Eyre Peninsula
• Paid Above Award – Road Transport Award including penalties and allowances

About YOU

• MUST have permanent working rights in Australia
• MUST have MR licence or above
• MUST be able to lift up to 20kgs & with some repetition
• MUST be able to do early starts eg 3.30am (NOT NEGOTIABLE)
• Work in cold storage areas
• Forklift ticket (or ability to obtain)
• National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Proven ability to work in a team
• Situational awareness
• Clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks (medical & drug & alcohol)
