We have an opportunity, based at our Sydney Head Office (Botany), for a standout Customer Service & Administration Manager to join our team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will have experience in customer service & sales, inbound and/or outbound sales and office administration.

You will be primarily responsible for:

• Manage inbound customer sales queries
• Processing inbound sales 
• Managing and relationship building a portfolio of existing customers 
• Stock + Warehouse Administration assistance 
• Administrative support for warehouse 

The successful candidate will:

• Possess minimum 3 years experience in Customer Service or Sales Admin
• Be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other 
• Be organised with attention to detail and a keen ability to multi-task
• Have experience managing Inbound and/or Outbound customers 
• Be comfortable to work in a committed team office environment
• Ideally have an understanding or love of food, beverage or FMCG
• Happy to work Monday - Friday, business hours, in a full-time roll
