Land of Plenty Food Group is a customer centric, fast growing, award-winning food company specializing in producing & distributing premium food for both the Retail and Food Service sectors, nationally.
We have an opportunity, based at our Sydney Head Office (Botany), for a standout Customer Service & Administration Manager to join our team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will have experience in customer service & sales, inbound and/or outbound sales and office administration.

You will be primarily responsible for:
- Manage inbound customer sales queries
- Processing inbound sales
- Managing and relationship building a portfolio of existing customers
- Stock + Warehouse Administration assistance
- Administrative support for warehouse
The successful candidate will:
- Possess minimum 3 years experience in Customer Service or Sales Admin
- Be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other
- Be organised with attention to detail and a keen ability to multi-task
- Have experience managing Inbound and/or Outbound customers
- Be comfortable to work in a committed team office environment
- Ideally have an understanding or love of food, beverage or FMCG
- Happy to work Monday - Friday, business hours, in a full-time roll
