Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Quote Follow-up: Actively follow up on quotes, ensuring timely responses and effective communication with potential customers.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing administrative support, generating reports, and managing customer information.
• Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate and timely information.
• Warehousing: Utilize a forklift license to assist with warehouse tasks, including inventory management and order fulfillment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid forklift license is mandatory.
• A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability.
