Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Development & Review: Shape and refine policies, programs, and procedures to enhance customer relations and the quality of services provided.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee and optimise operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Provide direction and constructive feedback to team members, assist in recruitment, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Staff Development: Inspire, motivate, and upskill customer service staff to maintain high levels of performance and engagement.
  • Customer Satisfaction Initiatives: Plan and execute after-sales services to measure customer satisfaction, ensure service quality, and implement improvements where needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with other teams, service agents, and customers to understand expectations and ensure a cohesive approach to customer needs.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably within a high-volume or professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process and service improvements.
  • Experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to addressing customer and operational challenges.
