About the position:
We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to manage and optimise our Klaviyo-powered platform, driving client engagement, retention, and conversion. You’ll ensure all email and SMS campaigns align with our brand voice while leveraging automation, segmentation, and analytics to enhance the client journey and improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage and optimise the Klaviyo platform, to execute high-performing email and SMS campaigns and flows
- Develop and refine automated workflows to improve client acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Implement advanced segmentation strategies to deliver personalised, data-driven communications.
- Maintain client data integrity, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Write compelling, conversion-driven copy and select/edit visual assets that reflects our brand tone and values.
- Analyse key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) to inform strategy and optimise campaign performance.
What are we seeking?
- Proven experience in CRM, email marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Klaviyo, with experience in automation, segmentation, and analytics.
- Ability to write compelling, on-brand email and SMS copy.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and campaign optimisation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach. Knowledge of email/SMS marketing compliance and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, TCPA)
