About the role:
The Coordinator, Investments and Partnerships supports the delivery of grant rounds; the procurement of goods and services; and VicHealth's sponsorship process.

This exciting full-time, ongoing opportunity works as part of the Investments and Partnerships team, that forms part of the Policy, Strategy and Impact group, and has a close working relationship across the broader organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the delivery of VicHealth grant rounds, including contributing to project plans, key processes, managing grantee contracts and relationships, finance administration of grant payments, and event and communications activities;
  • Supporting the approach for the procurement of health promotion related goods and services to maximise outcomes, administrative efficiencies and management of risk;
  • Supporting VicHealth's sponsorship process including assessment administration and finance administration, as well as engagement with internal and external stakeholders; and
  • Supporting the monthly financial reconciliation process for the Investments and Partnerships team, in collaboration with the team.

Tenure: Full-time, ongoing

Classification: VicHealth Grade C

Remuneration: From $79,060 per annum (plus superannuation)


Qualifications and experience:

  • Relevant qualification at Advanced Diploma level and/or strong demonstrable experience working as a project officer; ideally in grants, procurement, finance or other process and operations roles
  • Experience working within the public health, community or government sectors is preferred
