About Us

Avocado Lounge brings the taste of Mediterranean cuisine to the sunny shores of Brighton Le Sands. Since 2017 Our small Cafe/Dessert Bar has been serving Brunch all day 7 Days a week and transforming into a popular Shisha Lounge, open till late Wednesday to Sunday.

We pride ourselves on our healthy and delicious food & beverage and are seeking a tremendous Cook/Chef to bring their skills to join our team.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a reputable venue/cafe 
• Excellent communicator 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Knowledge on rostering & keeping to budgets allocated
• A keen eye for detail
• Certificate III in Commerical Cookery preferred but not essential 
• Follow and enforce Kitchen Procedures 
• Flexibility to work around a varying schedule
