About the opportunity 
We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee the development, negotiation, and management of contracts for renewable energy projects. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, monitoring contractor performance, managing risks, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders to support successful project execution.

Requirements of the position

• Candidates with experience within the Energy sector will be highly regarded 
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree or professional certification, such as Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM).
• Experience in EPC and EPCM contract management or project management
• A strong grasp of contract terminology, conditions, and commercial principles.
• Proven experience in successful contract negotiation and management.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
