About Us:
Safety Aerials Australia manufactures high-quality vehicle safety flags for the mining industry. Our products are exported globally, and we work with large multinational companies. As we continue to expand, we require a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team and assist with managing contracts, liaising with clients, and ensuring the smooth renegotiation and execution of deals with major partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects and services
- Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected
- Managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects and services provided
- Working with other professionals, owners and contractors to ensure that goals are met
- Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
- Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders
- Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities
- Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes
- Reviewing and arranging new office accommodation
Requirements:
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong document management skills.
• Experience working with international contracts is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Desirable Bachelor of Business Administration or Law or equivalent
• Previous minimum of 2 years full-time work experience in the manufacturing or mining industry.
