Allied Recruitment is seeking Concrete Workers and Labourers to join our client’s team in the Eastern Suburbs!

This position is based in a precast concrete yard and involves physically demanding manual labour in various outdoor environments. While prior experience in precast concrete production is favorable with our client, we welcome applicants with experience in similar roles who are eager to take on a new challenge. What you'll be doing

• Assisting with mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete at construction sites
• Preparing materials and equipment for concrete tasks
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas and tools
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

 

What we're looking for

• Experience in pre-cast concrete labouring is preferred
• Good physical fitness and stamina to meet the demands of the job
• A valid Construction White Card
• A current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
• Open to most visa holders with the ability to work a minimum of 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with visa sponsorship. 

 

What we offer

• Weekly pay cycle
• Day shifts: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
• Ongoing casual work with the potential for permanent opportunities
