About the role:

• Based between 2 facilities 129 beds in total , set-in tranquil gardens where everyone is welcome, and connection is at the heart of our care. 
• Permanent vacancy available.
• This Clinical Nurse Educator will be responsible for providing assistance to the Care Manager in coordinating and delivering education in the Care Community.
