About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to work on a multitude of projects spanning Queensland and the Northern Territory.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will supervise and coordinate the work activities of the project. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the work crew to ensure the project is delivered to standard and on schedule
• Manage daily allocation of operational work
• Interpret plans, drawings and specifications to enable delivery of construction project and maintenance works to agreed quality standards
• Monitor the QHSE practices on the project
• Prestart toolbox talks & investigation reports
• Monitor costs and delivery project to a program

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum of 5 years' civil construction industry experience
• Ability to manage and coordinate teams
• Concreting experience essential
• Cert IV in Civil Construction Supervisor (or equivalent) advantageous
• Open/unrestricted drivers licence
• Demonstrated ability to develop & maintain effective working relationships with your team and clients
