Dick’s Diggers Civil Contracting is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman / Site Supervisor to join our team. This is an on-site role with an immediate start for a hands-on leader who can drive project success.

About the Role:

As a Civil Foreman / Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality on our civil projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Interpreting and setting out from plans and drawings
• Collaborating with project managers to meet deadlines and project objectives
• Ensuring the team is correctly set up on-site
• Managing site operations and coordinating subcontractors
• Maintaining safety and compliance standards
• Using Microsoft Office and Outlook for reporting and communication
• Valid White Card

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Civil Foreman / Site Supervisor
• Strong ability to read and interpret plans and set out drawings
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Sponsorship available for the right candidate
