Tillbrook Melaleuka Group (TMG) is seeking experienced and passionate chefs. TMG is a multisite family owned company which operates venues including C.Y. O’Connor Village Pub (Piara Waters), Tilly's Garden Cocktail Bar (Piara Waters), Hybla Tavern (Albany), The Byford Tavern (Byford) and The Amberton Beach Bar and Kitchen (Eglinton).
We are looking for the following :
The Amberton Beach Bar Kitchen - Sous Chef
The Byford Tavern- Junior Sous
All venues - Chef De Partie & Apprentice Chefs.
What we are looking for:
*Experience with seasonal produce;
*Consistency in producing high quality food with excellent presentation;
*Excellent communication skills - verbal and written;
*Permission to work long term in Australia;
*Availability to work a range of shifts including early starts, late finishes and weekends;
*Sponsorship for the right applicant
*Ability to work within a team environment and contribute to a high integrity work culture;
*A self motivated, reliable professional with strong attention to detail;
* Someone who thrives working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
*A demonstrated knowledge of food and hospitality;
*Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.
