The renown Southern Highlands Brewing Taphouse in Moss Vale (90 min from Sydney) is looking for Cooks/Chefs at all levels. Located in Regional NSW this could be attractive for candidates looking for 482 or 494 VISAs.
Qualifications: Certificate III Commercial Cookery or equivalent relevant experience
Work experience – minimum of 2 years experience with formal qualification or at least 3 years relevant experience.
The role will involve supporting the Head Chef in the delivery of a Brasserie style menu. Salary range $55k - $60k.
