We’re on the lookout to fill the role of a full-time Chef/Sous Chef to assist our Head Chef in the creation of exceptional dishes.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to conceptualize and develop innovative menu items while enhancing food presentation.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring precision and quality.
- Assume full responsibility for kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Maintain consistency in recipes, portion sizes, and overall quality standards.
- Mentor and guide kitchen staff to cultivate a cohesive and high-performing team environment.
- Manage inventory and ordering processes to effectively meet kitchen needs.
- Uphold cleanliness and strictly adhere to health and safety regulations.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment is essential.
- Culinary qualifications or certifications are highly regarded.
- Proficiency in a variety of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment operation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic work environment and effectively manage pressure.
- Availability to work daytime hours and weekends.
