To be eligible for this position you must be:
Able to work as part of our team
Assist in planning menus
Estimate food and labour costs and order food supplies
Monitor quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
Demonstrate techniques and advise on cooking procedures
Willingness to grow and develop your career
Train and supervise staff
Experienced to the level of the position that you are applying for
Have a professional attitude, punctuality and reliability
Be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
Fluent in English
Full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible working arrangements
