CHEF / KITCHEN MANAGER POSITION

Full-time position

We are open Wednesday to Sunday.

We are seeking the services of a knowledgeable, highly motivated and passionate Chef to help with our kitchen in Glenview QLD. 

The Chef we are seeking must be a good leader and communicator with the ability to lead by example & set high standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring consistently high-quality food at all times for lunch & dinner service

Fast, calm and skilled with food cooking and prep skills

Able to manage the kitchen under stress during service

Roster compilation and management

Effective Communication skills

Maintaining development processes & procedures kitchen cleanliness and organisation 

Stock Control & Stock taking

Ordering stock
