Advertiser: Little Miss Sunshine Bistro & Brewery

CHEFS

Are you ready to live a little...?

Can you capture the spirit of Queensland & serve it on a plate?

Little Miss Sunshine will..

With her rebellious spirit at play, Little Miss Sunshine breaks the mold of a traditional bistro & brewery setting.  Curated by a group of passionate locals with a shared love for specialty craft beer and delectable cuisine, Little Miss Sunshine Bistro & Brewery is a haven where people can unwind, connect, and savour life's simple pleasures in the heart of our bustling city.

Much like the sunny state itself, Little Miss Sunshine represents the ever-changing, enigmatic persona of Queensland. She is adventurous, resilient & has a fire fighting spirit. LMS is a tribute to Queensland’s sun-kissed days, golden beaches, and untamed wilderness. She represents the unspoken tales of exploration, the hidden mysteries waiting to be discovered here, and the vibrant cultural tapestry that defines our sun burnt land.

Now Open, LMS is on the hunt for stand out Chefs  who can deliver a modern Mediterranean menu with a Queensland twist. With a focus on using fresh Queensland grown products and a menu that reflects the relaxed laid back nature of our sunshine state, the kitchen team combined will create menu specials to further enhance our brewed beer experience!

With a fun fit out and a kick-arse crew at the helm, LMS will be the CBD’s first & only nano brewery, boasting a lineup of 28 beers on tap & a bit of a bougie bistro menu to boot.
