About the business

 

Restaurant " Cafe Coast" is located in the Port Bouvard Marina at the Dawesville Cut in Wannanup WA. We have a very busy restaurant with table service and always fresh cooked food. At the normal weekend there are up to 400 customers per day. (public holiday weekends and Dec/Jan much more.)

 

About the role

 

We are seeking for our kitchen a Chef de Partie. You must have worked in this position more than 3 years and you must be able to teach our apprentices too. You must have experience in cooking fresh fish and meat of any kind in a kitchen with minimum 6 staff members. So you are able to work in team and under pressure!

Skills and experience

 

You must have a completed apprenticeship as a chef and a working time in this profession of minimum 3 years.. NO COOKS. Please don't waste our and your time. As we are a proud kitchen with a high skill standard. And our apprentices have to learn and must to be trained.

You must have permanent working rights in Australia. No short time job seeker or work and holiday makers.
