  The Role: Chef de Partie 

• Be part of a fast paced kitchen.
• Great cooking skills and consistency is our number 1 priority
• You will be working with first class chefs and kitchen hands.
• Maintain high standards at all time, in a quick service environment
• Work well under high pressure
• 7 Day working roster (days only)

• Experience in busy kitchens and leading teams
• Organised and able to ensure quality and consistency

• Passionate about fresh and amazing ingredients and creative presentation
• Knowledge about new market trends
• Fully versed in hygiene and clean kitchen practices
• Able to work in a collaborative and creative environment
