About the role
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to support Hayden and his team in delivering an exceptional and innovative fine-dining experience, highlighting seasonal produce from our regenerative garden farm, and perfectly complementing our award-winning wines.
This is an incredible opportunity to elevate your career in a high-end, fine-dining environment. You'll bring your advanced culinary skills, creativity, and love for refined dining to our kitchen, where you'll help craft complex dishes and provide our guests with an amazing experience.
Ideal candidates will have experience in hatted or Michelin-starred establishments, a deep knowledge of produce, and the ability to thrive in a busy kitchen. You will be a team player, with a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence and mastering every detail, and will be provided with ongoing learning and development opportunities.

Skills and experience
- Advanced understanding of contemporary dining principles
- Experience in fine-dining venues and tasting menu concepts highly regarded.
- Punctual & well-presented
- A team player with an excellent work ethic
- Genuine desire to progress your career & continue to learn
- Must be available to work weekends, with reliable transport required
- Current Australian work rights will be required for this role,
however there is a potential pathway for sponsorship in the future.
