Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club is on the search to recruit a skilled Chef de Partie all rounder with a passion for Italian inspired cuisine and a love of WA produce. Qualifications and experience
- The ideal candidates will have at least 2 year experience
- Food Handling Certificate
- Culinary School Qualification

- Confidently handle a busy service.
- Show up to work with a positive, professional and happy attitude.
- Efficiently and effectively manage your time.
- Experience in high end restaurant establishments.
- Be a great mentor to other members of our team, while being able to work under pressure.
- Operate within a culture of respect.
- Cook and present high quality food.
- Adhere to cleaning procedures.
- Maintain a clean and professional work space.
- Effectively and professionally troubleshoot operational problems with an Executive Chef.
