Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club is on the search to recruit a skilled Chef de Partie all rounder with a passion for Italian inspired cuisine and a love of WA produce. Qualifications and experience

  • The ideal candidates will have at least 2 year experience
  • Food Handling Certificate
  • Culinary School Qualification
  • Real References

  • Confidently handle a busy service.
  • Show up to work with a positive, professional and happy attitude.
  • Efficiently and effectively manage your time.
  • Experience in high end restaurant establishments.
  • Be a great mentor to other members of our team, while being able to work under pressure.
  • Operate within a culture of respect.
  • Cook and present high quality food.
  • Adhere to cleaning procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and professional work space.
  • Effectively and professionally troubleshoot operational problems with an Executive Chef.
