We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, thrive in a team environment, and exhibit leadership qualities through their positive attitude and strong work ethic.

The hotel is surrounded by rolling hills boasting panoramic mountain views of the Brokeback Ranges and vineyards, offering guests a peaceful and tranquil escape. About You

• Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie in an A la Carte restaurant
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead a team
• Strong communication skills and immaculate presentation
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and genuine interest in daily operations
• Knowledge of Food Safety and adherence to OH&S standards
• Proficiency in managing setups, changeovers, closures, and handovers to high standards
• Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of culinary taks
• Outstanding time management skills, particularly during preparation and service periods
