LuMi Bar & Dining is one of Sydney’s premier restaurants. It was awarded Chef Hats from the prestigious SMH Good Food Guide.
Beneath a multitude of pendant lights and creating an intimate atmosphere, LuMi Dining comes to life under the guidance of Head Chef Federico and Sommelier, Michela. Federico has been nominated as Citi Chef of the Year 2017 by SMH Food Guide.
LuMi is an absolute waterfront location surrounded by glass sliding doors. The restaurant is located opposite the Star Casino at Wharf 10 in Pyrmont.
- LuMi is currently recruiting for Chef de Partie with the following qualities:
- Relevant qualification and 2-3 years work experience OR Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role;
- Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure;
- Reliable, punctual and trust worthy;
- High standard of personal presentation and hygiene;
- Must work well in a team environment;
- Positive attitude and passion for cooking;
- Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements;
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
Job Type: Permanent Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year
Experience:
- Cooking: 2-3 years (Preferred)
- Chef: 2-3 years (Preferred)
- Line Cook: 2-3 years (Preferred)
