McHenry Hohnen Vintners, a Certified Biodynamic wine producer in the Margaret River appellation will be opening a New Cellar Door facility & Wine Bar in the rapidly expanding town of Witchcliffe.
Building is now past the halfway stage with an expected completion in late March 2025.
This exciting new venue is seeking expressions of interest from a progressive talented chef to join our company and brand.
Being for many years Biodynamic farmers the company produces not only outstanding wines but also Lamb (Sheep in the vineyard) Olive Oil, Honey, various citrus, Stone fruits and Avocado’s to name some of what we farm just south of Witchcliffe.
Our Menu concepts:
7 days per week the venue to offer Charcuterie being processed meats and Cheese selection along with Condiments.
Mediterranean cuisine using local produce.
Seafood from Augusta
Lamb from our farm/vineyard
Homemade Pasta or sourced through suppliers of homemade pasta in the region.
Pizza’s using an Electric Pizza oven
Our Hours:
Lunch Wednesday to Sunday 12 noon to 2.30pm
Dinner Wednesday to Sunday 6pm until 8.30pm
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will commence as a consultant in the planning of the Fit Out (Casual) and be available to start Full Time in early March 2025.
The successful candidate would either currently live in the Margaret River area or need to relocate to this area.
If sponsorship and relocation is required, this would be discussed at the Interview stage as to what support the company will make.
