PM River Cruises Pty Ltd operates the award-winning Proud Mary cruise boat.  We are currently seeking a qualified full time Chef.

The boat operates out of Murray Bridge, 80km from Adelaide South Australia and involves living on-board with time onshore on a roster basis.

Negotiable remuneration package.

The Chef will be part of a culinary team and responsible for the food and kitchen operations of the boat.  The Chef is responsible for:

• Managing and supervising all kitchen staff
• Preparing and cooking dishes
• Monitoring preparing, timing, presentation and decoration of dishes
• Managing kitchen budget, stock control
• Planning menus in consultation with management
• Ensuring compliance with food safety procedures and hygiene practices

The person must be reliable, energetic, enjoy working and mixing with people of all ages.
