About the role

Are you an experienced Chef/Cook looking to take the next step in your career? Mission Burgers Ellenbrook, a well-regarded Burger Joint located in Ellenbrook WA 6069, is seeking a talented individual to join our passionate culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious, high-quality meals that excite our customers and uphold our commitment to exceptional service.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of menu items to our exacting standards
• Ensure efficient and timely meal preparation to meet customer demands
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment in the kitchen
• Collaborate with the wider team to enhance the dining experience for our customers
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our menu and operations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Chef/Cook in a hospitality & tourism environment
• Must be able to work on the weekends
• Previous experience of working in a burger joint highly desirable
• Ability to lead the kitchen in the absence of head chef
• Strong technical cooking skills and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to ensure efficient meal preparation
• Proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately while also demonstrating creativity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the wider team
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen
