About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef/Cook to join our team at the Country 2 Coast Motor Inn in Coffs Harbour, NSW. As a full-time/part time position, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality meals for our guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking a diverse range of menu items to the highest standards
• Ensuring all food is presented beautifully and in a timely manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Assisting with menu development and contributing ideas to enhance the dining offering
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaborating with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

• Significant experience as a Chef/Cook in a similar hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
