Eagle Heights Hotel is located on Tamborine Mountain above the Gold Coast. The Bistro, accommodation and function centre, with amazing views of the Gold Coast. A great team of dedicated professionals working in the Bistro.

Qualifications & experience

• Commercial Cooking Cert 3 or 4 years cooking in a similar roll

Tasks & responsibilities

• Prepare and cook  meals to order from our menu
• Preparation and delivery of function menu
• cleaning & kitchen hygiene practices
• teach apprentices
• Either work Breakfast & Lunch or Lunch and dinner
• Have fun and enjoy the view
