As Double A expands its presence in Australia, we are seeking a high-caliber Channel Development Executive to spearhead sales, channel growth, and market expansion across multiple distribution networks. About the Role

As the Channel Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing all sales channels (online & offline), formulating strategies, and building strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and retailers. You will play a critical role in expanding Double A’s market share in Australia through strategic channel management, pricing stability, marketing execution, and competitor analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel strategies for e-commerce, resellers, and office product retailers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners.
  • Ensure strong brand visibility through in-store and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Expand into new markets, including schools, universities, corporate programs, and convenience stores.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market conditions.
  • Conduct channel partner training to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to implement effective campaigns and promotions.
  • Oversee order fulfillment, payments, and smooth operational coordination.
  • Maintain pricing stability across different channels to protect brand value.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to track performance and business growth.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Channel Development, or Business Development in the Australian market.
  • Proven experience in office products, stationery, FMCG, or B2B sales.
  • Strong expertise in managing channel partners, distribution networks, and reseller relationships.
  • Ability to formulate and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Additional Information:

  • This is an Independent Consultant role due to Double A not having a legal entity in Australia.
  • Candidates must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents, as no work sponsorship is available.
  • Preferred candidates are based in Sydney or Melbourne for better market accessibility.
