Are you an exceptional Early Childhood Manager/Director with outstanding leadership skills, a deep understanding of early childhood development, and a commitment to delivering excellence in early education? Kin Kin Early Education Murray Bridge  is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to lead and mentor our team of dedicated educators. 

The Role: 

As part of the Kin Kin Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and positive centre culture focused on learning, collaboration, and excellence in standards.

  • Established 57-place early learning centre within the vibrant community of Murray Bridge.
  • Mentor and develop the Teachers and Educators in your service.
  • Implement and oversee the delivery of our outstanding education programs. 
  • Form warm and collaborative relationships with children and families.
  • Embed excellence into all aspects of service operations.
  • Work with our team to build a successful business that has children and families at the heart of everything we do.

To Be Successful: 

We are looking for a passionate and professional Centre Manager with: 

  • Five-plus years’ experience as a Centre Manager/Director/Nominated Supervisor.
  • A contagious can-do attitude and a commitment to giving their best every day.
  • Proven leadership skills in mentoring and supporting a diverse team of educators.
  • Proven experience working in an Exceeding Rated Service (preferred).
  • Experience with managing a 100+ place childcare service.
  • Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
  • A commitment and understanding of Child Protection and Child Safe Standards legislation. 

Essential Criteria/Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor/Masters in Early Childhood Education (preferred) or Diploma
  • Working with Children's Check clearance
  • National Police Check clearance
  • Working With Children's Check
  • First Aid Certificate 
  • Min 5 years experience as a Nominated Supervisor/Centre Manager
