FIVE is Melbourne’s newest vineyard, located only 30km north from Melbourne CBD in the growing suburb Mernda. Surrounded by 30,000 vines, the venue at FIVE is designed by award winning architects and interior designers and hosts guests for large corporate and private events, to wine bar enthusiasts, as well as private dining experiences. FIVE has 5 dedicated spaces for patrons to enjoy including a 112 seats in The Wine Bar with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. FIVE is not only the largest tourism destination in the area but an absolute gem for the locals.

FIVE is gearing up for a busy summer period and we are looking to expand our kitchen team. We are currently seeking Casual Chefs to help support our existing team. This is a great entry level position that has the potential to grow into a permanent role for the right individual. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in a high volume and high-quality environment, as well as keen interest in all things food and wine.
