This is an exciting opportunity for a RAC Care Manager or highly experienced Registered Nurse in Aged Care to join a well-established NFP provider with Sponsorship!

The opportunity:

• Small facility with less than 50 beds. 
• Reporting into the Facility Manager, you will be supported by a team of RN's and carers.
• Salary: 100,000 - 120,000 (depending on experience) + super + NFP salary packaging
• Relocation assistance can be reviewed with candidates!
• Temporary accomodation can be provided while you settle in.

The essentials:

• Current AHPRA registration.
• Care Manager/Clinical Lead/Clinical Care Coordinator experience in residential aged care or extensive RN experience.
