About the role

Kosipark Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Caravan Park Manager Couple to oversee the day-to-day operations of our popular caravan park located in the scenic town of Jindabyne, New South Wales. This full-time role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our thriving hospitality business while enjoying the benefits of a picturesque regional lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

• Managing all aspects of the caravan park's operations, including guest services, maintenance, and financial management
• Oversee the housekeeping team during busy months to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation are consistently maintained. During off-peak periods, take responsibility for performing housekeeping duties and cleaning amenities on a regular basis.
• Liaising with guests to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
• Promoting the caravan park and its amenities to attract new and returning visitors
• Implementing and enforcing park policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Actively participating in the local community and building relationships with key stakeholders
• Managing staffing, rostering, and training to maintain a highly motivated and skilled team
• Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the park's facilities, equipment, and grounds

What we're looking for

• Significant experience in a similar caravan park management or hospitality management role
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with a genuine commitment to exceeding guest expectations
• Strong administrative and financial management capabilities, including budgeting and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology to support park operations
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to the success of a thriving regional business
• A current driver's licence and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
