readi currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager in the equipment hire industry based in Canberra.

Our client is a leader in their field with decades of experience and a strong team culture.  They work with clients who have equipment hire needs in the construction, infrastructure, civil and commercial sectors.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent computer skills and experience with sales pipeline and tracking programs
• Outstanding communication skill and the ability to negotiate with clients at all levels
• The ability to manage their own time effectively
• Experience in technical sales roles is preferred - or strong experience in the equipment hire sector
• The skills to converse with clients regarding technical details
• A positive and energetic approach to your working day
• Excellent presentation and experience running sales presentations to clients
