Bold Design Kitchens is looking for 2 x Qualified Cabinet makers to join our team. 

About the role

As a Cabinet Maker at Bold Design Kitchens', you will be responsible for crafting high-quality, custom-made cabinetry for residential and insurance projects. This full-time role is based in Warana, Queensland, and requires exceptional cabinetry skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Operating a range of power tools and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble cabinets
• On-site cabinetry installation 
• Collaborating with the design team to ensure client requirements are met
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
• Adhering to all relevant safety standards and quality control processes

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in Cabinet Making, or a related trade
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Cabinet Maker, preferably in a custom or residential setting
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Proficient in the use of power tools, hand tools, and workshop machinery
• Site experience fitting (and refitting) cabinetry to existing sites, preferably where insurable damage has occurred. Alternately, related renovation experience will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively

The following will be an advantage but are not necessary

• Manual car license
• Forklift license

Monday to Thursday - 5.30am - 2.00pm 

Friday - 5.30am - 12.00pm

During catastrophes, our service area can broaden into other districts to support affected insurance customers.
