The Alice Springs Golf Club is seeking a skilled Business & Marketing Officer to help drive our club's success in the stunning Red Centre.  

About Us 

Nestled against spectacular mountain ranges and rocky outcrops, our club features an 18-hole desert course with grassed fairways, a 14-bay driving range, golf simulators, bowling green, pro shop, and a vibrant clubhouse with bar and restaurant facilities. 

The Role 

In this versatile position, you'll support management by coordinating both business operations and marketing initiatives. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a multifaceted role that combines administrative expertise with creative marketing.  

Your Responsibilities will include: 

• Managing enquiries and greeting members and visitors  
• Managing membership processing and database administration 
• Handling sponsorship administration and invoicing 
• Implementing marketing strategies across multiple channels 
• Creating engaging digital and print content 
• Processing payments and financial transactions 
• Supporting community and membership engagement programs 
• Providing in-house graphic design services 
• Maintaining our online presence and reputation 
• Assisting with club meetings and special events 

To be successful, you'll need: 

• Strong computer literacy with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) 
• Experience with design applications (Adobe or Canva) and Mailchimp 
• Knowledge of Xero and point-of-sale systems (Bepoz advantageous) 
• Skills in data entry and cash reconciliation 
• Digital marketing and social media management experience 
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities 
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills 
• A collaborative approach and customer service mindset 
• Flexibility to work varied hours as required, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
