Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the rental portfolio.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the rental market.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with property owners, landlords, and investors.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, rental appraisals, and property management services.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly growth targets.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or property management within the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of the local rental market and property management services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Strong administrative and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid QLD Real Estate License or Cert IV in Real Estate Practices.
• Current Drivers License
