As a Brand Manager, you will be part of a new Brand Marketing function that ensures strategic alignment, commercial management, and creative excellence in all customer communications. 

As a leading global betting brand with a significant presence in the UK, Europe, LATAM, Australia and the US it is extremely important that the brand develops alongside business growth. 

As part of this evolution and the continued expansion of the Marketing team, an opportunity has arisen for the position of Brand Manager based in Sydney. This exciting new role will work closely with the Brand Marketing leadership team and ATL Media colleagues.

You will support on brand strategy projects to ensure that bet365’s marketing evolves in line with business ambition. 

Activating the strategy through the development of media approach and the implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns will form a significant part of the role.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to use a range of communication styles and methods to engage audiences.
  • Commercial acumen and experience in building insight into action.
  • Strong brief writing and creative judgement skills. 
  • Creative with the ability to develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges and experienced in delivering effective marketing across a range of channels.
  • Data literate and KPI focused with the ability to determine the correct measurement metrics.
  • Full end to end brand fundamentals.
  • Collaborative, proactive and effective at presenting. 
  • Experience in developing, executing and analysing brand and direct response. marketing campaigns across a range of channels. 
  • An understanding of how to transform objectives into briefs and marketing plans.
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced and complex organisation. 
  • Experience in managing creative and media agencies for optimised outcomes. 
  • Experience of managing team members is preferable but not essential. 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Aligning and executing the Brand Marketing plan with clear objectives and evaluation. 
  • Supporting the development of Brand Marketing professionals in the wider team. 
  • Supporting the evolution of brand strategy through the creation and delivery of 360, brand marketing campaigns ensuring excellence across all touchpoints. 
  • Supporting where needed on media buying and strategy across TV, Sponsorships, Digital, Radio, OOH and all other ATL media. 
  • Briefing and building strong alignment with internal and external agencies to ensure creative excellence, KPI measurement and campaign delivery. 
  • Developing close relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly those responsible for ATL media buying and lead designers to enable optimised and creative campaigns.  
  • Supporting the implementation of improved ways of working and marketing process and planning. 
  • Supporting the implementation and analysis of research and insight work streams to optimise brand strategy and positioning. 
  • Managing large budgets and working with leaders to ensure sound investment planning and streamlined accounting and payment processes. 
  • Collaborating with creative design teams to ensure alignment with the brand guidelines on an ongoing basis.
