The role:
- Moving to regional NSW to spear head the bar operations for a new high end venue - no expense has been spared!
- Bar Manager to work along side the GM to run venue to its optimum
- Creating and coming up with new menu ideas, to really get this venue pumping.
- Working with an awesome group of people and teaching them to be the best that they can be.
- Managing and leading this team from the front
- Managing the bar and ensuring the processes are nailed down.
- Work in the best restaurant in the region - a name to put on your resume
- HOSPITALITY CERT 4 qualified
- Experienced with working behind a bar - you have advanced knowledge of cocktails, spirit and beverage
- Creative - able to come up with some exciting menus for the customers.
- Process driven and highly organised - take this bar and ensure it's running smoothly - it needs to be the slickest.
- Knowledgeable - you know alcohol inside out and really excited to learn more.
- Passionate about your team - driving them to be the best and encourage and foster a great team environment.
- In possession of a valid RSA.
- Calm and collected and able to manage a pumping venue.
- A positive, engaging and outgoing nature.
- This is a highly customer focused role and we are looking for a great character.NO EGO's allowed!
