Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation, baking and finishing of a wide variety of breads, pastries and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules
• Ensure all baked products meet the highest standards of quality, taste and presentation
• Assist with inventory management, ordering of supplies and maintaining a clean and well-organized work environment

Requirements:

· Hold a Certificate III level qualification.

· Previous experience in a bakery or food production setting preferred

· Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment

· Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

· Strong attention to detail and quality

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

· Excellent teamwork and communication skills
