Required Casual or Part Time Baker Thursday to Saturday and extra days during some School Holidays

Must have a minimum of 4 years working as Baker.

Responsibilities of our Baker include, but are not limited to:

• Providing a high-quality product to meet changing customer needs
• Maintaining cleanliness & safety in our bakery
• Design and/or improve recipes as directed 
• Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
• Prepare, combine and  Baking Artisan Bread
• Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources and other equipment to make products
• Ensure proper procedures have been conducted as a part of the pastry team and/or individual tasks 
• Report any equipment malfunction, low stock levels, incorrect orders and baking mistakes to the owner or manager in a timely manner
