Running pie machine and other associated equipment operate ovens make pastry for pie making and sausage rolls cook proteins for each day clean down and reset, make pastry blocks must be mature and professional.

Cleaning and equipment upkeep
- your main role is in the pie, sausage roll & pastie production of the bakery. we are looking for someone hands on and will require a good level of professionalism. you will need to be fit & healthy and a non smoker. monday to friday early start at 4.30am finish around midday day depending on the work and prep- monday to friday work week
- open the bakery to start the days production.
- cooking proteins - beef & chicken for pie production.
- block pastry work required- make use pastry sheeter.
- make other pastry for pie making.
- able to operate gas & electric ovens.
- food prepping
- resetting for next day
- clean your work area(s) work spaces.
- comply with food safety standards
